My mother and father have been moving crazy, a a quick summary is that they are insanely strict african parents, with crazy mindsets on anything that is not me studying i cant even begin to explain the things they do, but long story short a turn of events means i may be getting kicked out soon, i can explain in the comments if anyone is really curious/needs context, but i want to focus on steps i can take if i get kicked out, but i want to stress I am not a bad kid and my parents are definitely in the wrong here i just need advice.

I worked a job and gave my parents money for them to save, like a grand in total, am i obliged to get that back? I really need that money, and it is MINE, but my parents most likely wont give it up.
