At your first job as a teen? I just saw a video where the mom was yelling at her 15 year old daughter for buying earbuds instead of rent, etc. It seemed to get a mixed reaction, some siding with the daughter, others with the mom. With my first check in the 80s, I gave some of it to my mom, but different times, plus I still had a lot left over. In this video, I say the teen can buy whatever the hell she wants.
