I was listening to my husband talking to one of his buddies (he likes to put the phone on speaker when I’m in the room because it annoys me).
His friend was talking about his wife, and he said that she gives him a real “pride of ownership,” especially when they’re out and about. They were joking, but I’ve never heard this phrase used before to describe a spouse before….maybe a car or home, but wife? lol
I’m probably just blowing this out of proportion, but what do you think?
