hi all. I moved to England (Essex) in 2024, and have been renting the same place for the last almost 2 years now. it started at £950 for a 2 bed, jumped to £1025 this year, and will now be jumping to £1100 in a few months. is this normal??
i've lived in apartments & homes for YEARS with very little increase. much closer to £35-40 over multiple years, not £150 over 2 years. it feels like a lot.
