Hi,

I am travelling to london with my family and wanted to book rooms in a Travelodge.

We are 3 adults and 2 kids (5yo and 8yo).

Now, while booking, I wanted to stay with my wife in the first room where there aren’t any issue. My sister has to stay with her kids in the second room.

Thing is, the kids prefer to and are used to sleep with their mum on the same bed, and do not like to sleep separately.

If i book the hotel and say the second room is for two kids and an adult, the total price shoots up almost by double as the system selects a family room with pull-out beds.

Should I just say, that there will be two adults staying in the second room?

We do not need any additional services or anything, and will be staying for two nights in London.

Any meaningful advice would help.

Thanks in advance.
