I've never seen a more specific and random time where only permit holders can park. Does anyone have any clue about why it's only 10-11am Mon-Fri when permit holders can park on this street?
We've thought maybe there's something for railway workers but there's no entrance there. It's not near anywhere specific where 10-11am would be a busy time. Completely baffled. Can anyone shed any light on this?
