So I’m a student that lives in wales. For Christmas/summer (although right now is my first holiday as I’m a first year) I return home. However, my home life was never great and honestly after moving away for the past few months I’ve only just realised how bad it actually is coming home. I have many family members, none of which can take me in though. I want to be here with them for Christmas, and friends from home too, but I just can’t stand to be at my previous home. It’s bad enough that I’m going back to wales early, cutting my holiday short from approximately a month to just 2 weeks.
What I’m looking for is maybe a solution of housing where I can pay to stay a temporary amount of time in order to be here without directly being in my old house. Is there anything like this? Especially something for a reasonable price (not as bad as private renting) and preferably a space I have to myself/people my age?
