I’m planning a birthday party for around 20–30 people and I’m torn between two options:
• Hiring a bartender to just serve drinks
• Doing a cocktail class where everyone makes their own drinks
On one hand, a bartender feels easy and hands-off.
On the other, a class feels more interactive and memorable — but I’m wondering if it slows the party down.
