Someone just took the piss out of me for still having mine on… So what is the tradition in your house? We didn't do that one yet.
From observation me and my parents kept them on the longest, so I think probably we have just left them till they fall to bits (and our hats this year were particularly stable). Husband refuses to put his on in the first place. Kids are somewhere in between.
