My mother said she was buying me a jacket for Christmas this year. She asked me to point out which one I liked and what my size was. I pointed out which design I liked and the correct chest size. However, upon receiving the jacket, its too big, its the wrong design, the zip is on the wrong side, and I personally dont like the colour (ie the one I selected was a faded cherry red, whereas the one I received is a light brown).
