Hello everyone,
My parents have two LNB receivers, one for Hotbird channels and another for Arabsat. The Hotbird one is working lovely, the Arabsat on the other hand it not. We do have access to the channels by other means, but it is insisted that we have access to the satellite too in case the internet goes sideways.
Anyways, after contacting a few people, my father has been told that no on really fixes these things anymore, but he remains hopeful.
As such, I'm hoping that through this post, I may find a solution to this issue and help my parents out.
So if anyone knows of a company or person who can fix and tune the LNB for Arabsat, i would be very grateful.
I've asked on a subreddit for my region (Manchester), but I'm asking on here to get more reach and find an engineer beyond.
