My brother is 59 years old and he and his wife and son live across the country from me so I am only now finding out he makes no effort for his wife.
A few years ago I was in town for my SIL ‘s birthday and he gave her nothing!
I just texted her to ask what she and my brother got each other for Christmas. She replied that she bought herself a kettle bell and he bought himself a book.
So it’s not just no effort on her birthday – he does nothing for her for Christmas. I’m crushed for her.
