Hi all.

I am having a rather frustrating time getting my refund. I returned an item of clothing, bought with a gift card and via the Matalan website, to Blue Vanilla (it had to be directly returned to them, not through Matalan). The tracking for the return indicates they have collected the item. I have emailed 3 times and attempted to contact on social media. I have had no response. Obviously, if I had paid with my card I could file a charge back but that isn’t possible in this situation. I have tried Resolver but still no luck. I’m also completely lost as to what the relevant ombudsman service. It’s not a lot of money but it’s the principal. Any help would be great because I really have no idea where to go from here.
