Here's my situation: I'm 22 years old, and following tradition, I'm engaged to a 22-year-old girl. We're getting married in a few months, and I'm still hesitating about where to go for our trip after the wedding (which is a surprise). My family and friends have recommended the Canary Islands because they're beautiful and affordable, but I'm not sure. I think they're too close to France. I want to take her on a trip, discover lots of new things, experience another culture, without a 15-hour flight, lol, and while staying within a limited budget. If you have any recommendations for hotels or guesthouses, a private pool or jacuzzi is a must, as my wife isn't very comfortable wearing a swimsuit in public. Have a good day!
