I have seen this a couple of times, one or two random pixels light up just as I go under one of the smart signage things. I don't mean variable speed limit signs, I mean the ones that warn of various things like snow and traffic and things like that. Tends to happen late at night, just wondered if anyone knows anything about anything at all.
