What’s something your family did/does that you didn’t realise was weird until someone pointed it out?

For me it's the fact that our family shared facecloths and towels. I had no idea it was unusual until my girlfriend at the time pointed it out.

We didn't have a lot of money growing up, so maybe it was a frugality thing rather than anything else 🤷
