I (24M) recently left my job and realized I have some feelings for a former colleague (35F). At work we had a great friendship—lots of joking, playful banter, and she’s naturally flirty but I never returned it.
When I used to work with her, we’d text at night occasionally but nothing of note but because she’s just a natural flirt, she’d use emojis and say things that make you think twice lol.
Now I’m tempted to step up the flirting slightly over text, but I want to keep it light and respectful. Any advice on how to flirt lightly without making it awkward?
