I am cooking a large roast for a family get together on the 27th and won’t have the chance to go to the shops to buy vegetables and potatoes etc (I have the meat) until Boxing Day.
I understand that a few supermarkets such as Asda and Morrisons are opening on Boxing Day albeit with reduced hours.
My question is: how well stocked are the shops on Boxing Day? I’m worried about getting there and the shelves being bare because they haven’t restocked since before Christmas
