There is a control panel in the kitchen. I turn off the “hot water” setting, as shown at the end of the video, every day after showering. I then turn it back on every night before showering and wait about 10 minutes for the temperature to rise from around 10°C to 70°C so that the water is hot enough for shower.
There is also a green cylinder on the second floor next to the bathroom.

My question is: do I need to turn the hot water setting on the panel on and off every day?
As for the heating setting, I only turn it on when I actually need heating. Basically, I turn on the heating (the “continuous” setting) and then adjust the thermostat to around 18°C.

When I want the heating to be off, I turn the thermostat down to 0 and also switch off the heating from the panel in the kitchen (again, as shown at the end of the video).
I have read many articles about heating, and they say it should be turned off when not needed, otherwise it will cost more.
Main Question: What about the hot water for showers?
Thanks.
