I keep hearing a neighbours dog whining day and night. In a garden.
It stopped sometimes so I kept putting off paying much attention as a I assumed they eventually let the dog in.
The last 2 nights and it's been bloody freezing I've heard the poor fella crying all night off and on. I cannot work the exact garden out. Though I may be able to if I take a wander
What should I do? Im not sure he has the right shelter etc and it pains me hearing him cry all night.
I've only been here a few weeks, as I was homeless for 3 weeks.(Luckily not rough sleeping) and I don't really want to rock the boat with neighbours or housemates (moved into a hmo) so don't want to confront anyone directly.
Does anybody have any advice. It would be appreciated thank you
