I am an 18F, and I joined the military (national guard) for the experience and college; I’ve been away from home for almost 7 months. Graduating basic training and almost leaving AIT made me realize how much I love being around people, although I am a huge introvert and dislike being too involved with others.
Being away from home made me realize that I don’t have any people to come home to besides my mother, father, and my sibling. Other than that, no associates I can be around with constantly.
How can I build my circle good enough to maintain that active social environment but still keep things at a distance due to introverted tendencies?
