Not sure if this even counts as a red flag, but if I'm dating a person and she wants me to meet her family very soon into the relationship, it's a red flag for me. I only want to meet the family when we've been together for a while and it's a serious relationship. To me, meeting the family too soon is premature and makes me uncomfortable.
