I am signed off work for 2 weeks because of depression and anxiety and then the manager told me hr will be in touch. I don’t have a good relationship with them at the moment. Are they trying to find out something that is not beneficial to me?
In my response I said I would like to cooperate and then also cc my union rep. She took his name out all the time in the later response. Is this a bad sign that she tries to play tricks? Should I let my union rep know and get him involved in this kind of check ins?
Honestly exhausted dealing with her and that’s the main reason that I am sick… I had thought about quitting for my own sake of wellbeing however still have to wait another month for a reason.
