I’ve been on hinge recently and i’ve met many different girls, and the unifying thread is a very interesting phenomenon where they stay for a long amount of time in relationships that they say are not good for them, even when every sign in the relationship tells them its a horrible situation.
I find this really interesting from a sociological perspective, just how much this happens, or how much they say this happens, and how mind blowing it is to me that one would allow themselves to be completely used like that and still stay in a relationship. I understand the complexities of being in one, but I still can’t help but think that these women (and men, but women in my case) are just plain fucking stupid.
There is no love that justifies losing yourself in a relationship, and someone who doesn’t understand that, maybe is just a waste of my time to date? Like how can they disrespect themselves so much and keep bums around? It makes me disgusted and disappointed. But hey, maybe the dick is just that good.
