Hi all. I'm going to be honest here as I need to make a change. I need a kick in the ass so I'm hoping I can get it here. I'm 42, 5'10 and weigh about 185lbs. I'm skinny everywhere pretty much except my midsection.

I hate the way I look. I look pregnant, it's honestly sad. I drink 1 Coke a day. I eat whatever I want. And here's the worst part: I drink 20-25 beers a week if I'm presenting an honest estimation.

IF I could stop just the pop and beer would I see a significant change in the visceral fat in my gut?

Any advice is appreciated.
