  1. Corn is pretty healthy, in terms of things to be addicted to. I’d probably get sick of it if my SO insisted on having it several dinners in a row, but I’m not going to stop him from eating it.

  2. Well lucky for me the mrs loves corn just like i do.

In fact, i just recently found that if you wrap it up in aluminum foil and throw it in an airfryer, that sucker comes out juicy af!

  3. Does this include things like cornbread and creamed corn casserole, or just straight cob action?

  4. I grew up on a 100 acres of farmland, sweet corn & feed corn. Corn is in my DNA, and part of who I am. I hate to think this is something worth being shamed over : /

  5. I mean I wouldn’t complain about it except if he ate it every single day. I could understand if it’s once a week to eat it since it is pretty healthy.

    Also these comments are amazing

  6. That means unlimited elotes….unlimited buttered corn on the cob …..sign me up

  7. There are worse addictions. Honestly there are healthier grains, too, but in a relationship you pick your battles.

  8. There are worse addictions to have but that couldn’t be good for the digestive system.

  9. Sweet corn ice cream is so good I get it. We’ll just have to get separate containers. Instant divorce if they eat mine.

  10. I guess it would depend on the severity of the addiction. Like, corn is one of my top 5 favourite veggies, but I wouldn’t want it for EVERY meal. So long as he’s enjoying it as part of a balanved diet, I don’t think I’d have an issue.

  11. Are they just eating a lot of corn or has it progressed to them hiding it around the house? If you start finding cobs hidden in the toilet tank or secret cans in the ceiling I would say it’s time for an intervention.

  12. He can eat corn if he wants. Better than drugs or other expensive habits. I’m fond of buttered hominy myself but not addicted.

  13. We talking elote, creamed corn, corn in a veggie medley, corn salsa…?

If your man is addicted to porn he needs help, just like with any addiction.

If you actually mean corn, thats weird and it’s not good either. All corn in the US is roundup ready corn. Full of bad shit and not actually suitable for human consumption. Very bad gmo product.

  14. It could be worse. It is a vegetable and adds a nice pop of colour to dishes. I like it with black beans, onions, lime and cilantro.

  15. I wouldn’t be too happy about it since I’m not a huge fan and I don’t consider it healthy.

  16. Comments didn’t disappoint. 😂

Mate, just use the actual word. We’re not having a whispered conversation that children might overhear.

  17. Depends. Is he willing to find new recipes or is all of that labor gonna get assigned to me? Because I only know a handful of corn dishes and those are gonna get real old, real fast.
