So at the start of the year my siblings organised monthly catch ups on the first Sunday of each month.
I couldn’t make the first couple and have a terrible memory so in the following months just forgot about it.
The weird thing (to me) is that I live with one of my siblings and he never spoke a word about it. He would just head off to these catch ups without me without saying like “hey are you coming” which would have prompted my memory and then I would have gone.
The sibling that organised it also never messages any sort of “hey it’s on again this month” or something along those lines. Which I kind of assumed would happen when it was first bought up.
If I organise something I always message beforehand just to say like “we still on for today?” Or something like that.
Im probably weird for thinking this is weird 🤣
But
Do people really organise monthly catch ups and then never communicate about it…?
