I recently got a remote position as a side gig and we mostly chat over the phone, but my employer usually messages to ask if I'm available to talk first. I'll say yes, they call me, we talk. But sometimes they don't call at the proposed time and I wonder if they're waiting for me to call? Idk maybe I'm over thinking this but I wanted others to weigh in
