No judgement please! I’m an unfit 43yo woman who’s never been anywhere near a gym. I hate how I look, and how I feel in my clothes, and I need to lose a bit of weight. I don’t have much strength and struggle doing basic things like crouching and getting back up again! I’d like to start doing something good for myself like using a treadmill, but I’ve never been in a gym and they look very intimidating. What happens when I walk in for the first time? What do I do? I don’t want people staring at me!
