Hey all,
I'm in my 30s, never been to gym, under weight. I want to gain weight/muscle. I'm looking to get whey powder. Is it safe on kidneys? I am aiming to take about 24g of it daily. I'm also looking to add creatine along with it. What are your thoughts? My current diet is vegetarian, 2000 calories, 30-40g protein average. I have always had high metabolism.
I'm open to any other safe ways to add weight. Tired of looking skinny. Please help and thank you.
