My husband and I have been together for decades. He has always snored, very loudly. He never goes to the doctor. He gets his insurance screening every two years at a pharmacy. In the last 6 months he has started talking in his sleep and flailing about, some times repeatedly raising his arms or kicking the mattress. He is almost 50 and has a family history of heart disease, diabetes, dementia and cancer. I'm afraid this sudden change in sleep behavior might indicate something more serious. I have tried to talk to him about making a medical appointment but he laughs it off. We just found out our daughter in law is pregnant. I want him to be around for our grandkids. What can I do to get him to go to the doctor?
