Manoj 26m is about to get married (love cum arranged marriage) the girl 24f wanna cancel the marriage out of the blue. Can manoj ever come out of this trauma?

Hey this is my friends story…
He is manoj 26m ( Bengaluru resident ) and he is in serious relationship with a girl 25f for the past 5 years , he is financially backed up by his father's wealth and he individually struggled and planned post marriage life…

Manoj love started during the Covid escalated quickly from 2020 to now 2025 , no looking back… They have been to trips , they have spend time together , occasional sex and a matured couple in my friends group no drama nothing they were the most silent couple who showed love each other in actions not in words….

2 years back the girl manasa 25f family gets to know about him, they were enraged the girl didn't had the father the big brother in the house was the father figure manoj initially threatened by his brother, so much crying was going on in girls family, the girls parents never agreed to the intercaste marriage but, the girl was stubborn over manoj finally the brother gave a try and manoj finally was successful in convincing the girls family , things started acting fastly from then both the families met n talked about the future both families are financially good which is the main reason for this love cum arrange marriage.

The girl got the government job in a medical sector manoj was the quality asst manager in a aerospace and defence sector , both were doing good in their careers manoj has been saving money in lakhs for their post marriage life despite their generational wealth, he was so committed to her, similarly she was also saving money parallelly planning honeymoon and to buy jewellery…

So from past 1 year manoj was visiting manasa's house frequently and manasa also does the same , the parents also gave privacy to the couple never interfering them. Sometimes they spend nights in each other's house it was normalised , manoj had a good bonding with his future mother in law he cared for the manasa's family…

All set planned to marry in a simple way for the better future in just three months , both families celebrated Dasara and diwali together so it was open everywhere that they will get married , and it's allmost like everyone accepted everyone., no room for conflict.

Manoj gets a offer from a aerospace and defence company the offer was good and location friendly , manoj gives a resignation letter and he is serving his notice period now in the present company ,
The offer was too good that he took a leave of 7 days in present company and worked for the other company he got offer from and he came back to the present company to leave the company in good terms….

15 days after the notice period manoj is working tirelessly to relieve himself from the responsibilities,
he gets a casual call from the girl at 3pm he expects a normal tea break conversation and lifts the call and she says she doesn't want this marriage to happen she strongly says she want to cancel the marriage , manoj world shattered… He immediately goes to the girls house, the girls family interferes everyone was in shock like why this sudden change of decision
At start she was strongly wanted to cancel the wedding after hours of discussions she didn't had a proper reason to cancel the wedding…, so she agrees to the marriage and manoj was relieved, one day it was normal manoj spends his time with girls family the very next day same story she wants to cancel the marriage and she is openly saying she dont want manoj.

Manasa family asks every possible question which could be the reason …. Like are you loving any other person ? She replies no, I am not loving any other person I don't want manoj that's it …. If you want you could arrange my marriage with any other person but not manoj,
Parents asks "does manoj have any bad habits or is he involved in any affair?" She replies no, this has nothing to do with manoj I just want to cancel this marriage
manoj seeing this odd behaviour takes her and hers family to his house…. Both families successfully convinced manasa to agree on marriage and they goes on talking privately in the room that night manoj and manasa finally in the same page , goes on having sex.

Bright morning manasa and his family leaves to their house manoj takes another day break from work and gets a call from the girls family that they are going to cancel the wedding and manasa starts acting odd again…. Manoj is brain fucked in this point with so many unanswered questions in his mind….
The girls reason to cancel marriage and reject manoj is still a mystery manoj tries to call and msges her in different ways desperately for a reason still no reply from her or hers family….

Manoj is depressed in home unable to clear his notice period… Unable to work he wants to come out of her
He wants to come out of all the fuss happened around the marriage he wants to come out from all the imaginary planning he did for his post marriage life … He wants to come out of depression and get his life on track manoj is now in between two jobs unable to attend both of them depressed in home without knowing the actual reason behind his rejection…

Manoj and me(gagan) had a discussion where he asked me to help him to come out of this….
I just shared his pain silently without a word….
Because one has to know the reason to come out of this kind of shit he has to go through the phase where he blames her and her reasons for months and finally comes to the conclusion where he decides to let go ….

She should be hiding something that could damage her image that's why she is not saying the reason or she should have secretly suffering from cancer….
Or let's consider some people doesn't like things or hate things without reason if that's the possibility why did she had the sex in manoj's house , one can't even handle the breath of the person they hate how did she had sex… Or was it good bye sex…? How to get closure without a reason.

Now manoj needs two things and try to answer if you understand the problem…
One what could be the reason for manoj's rejection?
Two whatever the reason is…. how to come out of this shit and live his life normally…
