Have you guys heard about the Green Claims Directive?
It was proposed in 2023 and was allegedly supposed to be passed this summer. But because the political climate have shifted the EPP have opposed it and now its stuck in the last stage, before it becomes official.
I have tried to read the public documents, but alot is "Deleted/redacted" from the debates.
What's your guess they outcome will be?
Will they cancel years of work?
Will they compromise?
How will this affect companies and their marketing strategies?
