Hi I've been having sex with a friend of mine for maybe a year however we don't see each other often because of conflicting schedules.
Basically I've never had an orgasm or overly enjoyed sex physically I had never even kissed someone before. My partner is a little heavy handed so they rub too hard and fast with their hands and actual sex doesn't last long because we don't see each other often so endurance is difficult.
I think it's mostly a me problem because I can't relax but I also don't know how to articulate what I want. It's easy for me to orgasm on my own because I'm in my own body and I know exactly what I need to do and where I need to do it but I have no earthly idea how to explain that to another person outside my body correctly.
They've been trying really hard to please and get me there and I feel bad that I haven't but I'm really not sure what to do to make it better. I could really use advice.
