Personally, I am 22 and maybe due to the current political climate in USA, maybe because thanks to UE I have the opportunity to study in a different country, or because I have travelled to many other countries in UE with basically no worries, I feel more "European" than I ever did.
Of course I feel Italian above anything, but I also distinctly feel (Union) European, but I'm not sure whether it's something many other people do or if it's just due to all the recent personal ways I interacted with UE "comforts" (travelling, moving, friends doing erasmus, but also the discomfort of applying to visa and getting a passport to go outside ue, compared to all my other foreign travels in the past).
What do you think? Do you feel like that too?
