As per the title, I've been gifted some reindeer sausage that I would like to make a meal with but I have no idea what I could do.

Edit: thanks for the suggestions guys, it is appreciated. The claims of bot and advertising gave me a laugh but alas, just a fresh reddit account so I had limited options where I could post. going to go with a pasta dish.
