Have a female friend, I'm a male. There was an object of hers next to her chest that I was looking at trying to figure out what it was made of. I was looking at it for a decent bit of time while another friend was talking about something.

Then she crossed her arms and covered her chest, that's when I realized that it might have looked like I was staring at her chest from her perspective. I immediately looked away, after a little bit she uncrossed her arms, at that point I was talking with other people.

It's now several hours later and I lowkey feel sick about this bc I feel really bad that I might have made her uncomfortable. To the point that I'm making this post.

Do I bring it up to her and apologize? Or do I just make sure it doesn't happen again? Overall need to improve social skill of not being oblivious I guess.
