My boyfriend and i were having sex where he was on top of me and i was laying down on my stomach downwards. He was going in and out and it was quite wet, he took it out of me and slid it back in where he missed and accidentally stuck it in my bum. I’m unsure of how much went in but i was in shock and in pain. We stopped immediately and he apologized repeatedly and asked how he can help but i couldn’t do anything but tell him to leave me alone as i laid there crying. It is now 2/3 days later. I’m still in pain and when i decide to use the bathroom to poop i am in the most uncomfortable unbearable pain. I try to clean it down there as best as i can but it stings so much. I can’t poop properly and i bleed every time i use the bathroom. How can i help with the pain and help it stop bleeding? EDIT: we were going pretty rough when he rammed it in me (for those who were curious) and he has quite a larger girth-ier part which plays a role in the pain.

You should really see a doctor given how long this has been going on. It sounds like you may have a tear or other issue that really should be looked at by a professional at this point.
That amount of pain and bleeding is concerning even if he was in your bum for just a little bit. I would maybe seek out aching cremes or anything that may try to relieve the pain, or not just seek a doctor.
Sounds like a fissure (tear). See a Dr. I had one for years (not from this) and they are agony.
This happens to all of us, but I’ve never gone way in like that for a tear like you’re describing. In my experience, it’s more like it knocks against the “door” but he kicked the whole door in and dove in head first instead of just bumping his head and saying “oops, wrong door.”
The fact that it’s taking this long to heal and get better is concerning. Go to the doctor
I had this happen once. It hurt so bad I saw white and couldn’t move for a solid ten seconds. Like couldn’t even breathe. You need to see a doctor unfortunately. You definitely tore something and while it might heal on its own, it could be bad enough to need medical intervention and it’s better to not wait.
My boyfriends is… VERY large… and the first time we did anal there wasnt any lube. He only got the tip in and it hurt so bad to the point where I blacked out on the ground slowly (lost my hearing and all my other senses over a period of like 1 1/2 minutes), but I had no problem using the bathroom or with bleeding. You may want to get that checked out, there is probably a tear.
Hi friend I’m so sorry this happened! 😔 I am in agreement with the other commenters that you should get checked out by a doctor. I’ve done anal every now and again, and the pain you’re talking about is so real and so awful. I’ve definitely been left in tears myself. But I didn’t have the bleeding and pain pooping after- could definitely be internal damage that needs to be seen ❤️🩹
Happened to me before. It took about a week to heal. I just took stool softeners (colace!) for a bit and didn’t force anything if it wasn’t coming out easily. Drink lots of water. You could also try some dermaplast spray.
If the pain is increasing instead of decreasing and/ or the bleeding is getting worse instead of better you should def go to a doctor.
If you are bleeding from the rectum when you use the toilet, see a doctor right away.
This happens. And it sucks. I think a doctor will tell you to get yourself some miralax and take as directed daily until the pain heals. It will soften your poop enough so that it should hurt less while the trauma to the delicate rectal tissue heals. This is the primary concern, because right now when you try to poop, you’re stretching those tissues and they can’t heal if they’re being pulled back apart every time you go.
If it doesn’t start easing up in a few days I’d go to urgent care.
Sounds like a tear. Go to a doctor. I know it’s horrible pain to have a tear there. There’s rectal ointment with lidocaine (5%), you should get that. Especially before using the toilet it’s really good and helps with the pain.
If you are bleeding you need to see a doctor. PLEASE don’t be embarrassed about this. They’ve seen worse, trust me. By the end of shift no one will even be talking about your accident.
Yeppp have had that happen before and it sucKs. I would say if it continues, you should see a doctor.
This level of pain for the duration that it’s been going for coupled with the blood are all pretty red flags that there may very likely be an injury such as a tear, in which case go see a dr as soon as you can. Any time the bum is involved then lube is a requirement (ik impossible in your case since it was unintentional and an accident) but it’s for reasons like this, rectal cavity doesn’t have the self lubricating ability like the vagina. If it is a tear you wanna get that fixed bc I can’t imagine poo going over an open wound risking entry into the bloodstream is a story with a good ending. Hope all goes well
Ugh girl I’ve so been there – exact same situation, except I was on mushrooms 😭 I curled up into the fetal position and cried and had so much blood when I went to the bathroom. My boyfriend at the time felt SO bad but the pain is something I’ll never forget. Took my breath away. I would go see a doctor honestly as I was definitely on the mend by day 2/3. So sorry you are hurting right now!
Stay hydrated and maybe try a stool softener for a little while, something like lax-a-day that isn’t super harsh, just so you aren’t passing anything hard. Also, soaking in warm water without soap or anything could help relax the muscles. It can take a tear like 2 weeks to heal sometimes.
This sounds like a fissure – I had one a few years back for different reasons and it was a horrible experience. I was given a stool softener, topical lidocaine cream and a different cream to help the area relax and keep the blood flowing cause the pain often causes the muscles there to constrict thus limiting blood flow which is vital for recovery. All in all, this needs to be assessed by a doctor, and soon – if it is indeed a tear, it’s better to treat it before it turns to a chronic issue.
Good luck!
Edit: if you can tolerate it, warm (not scalding hot) bath can help with relaxation and encourage healing. It helped me a lot after surgery.
Absolutely go to a doctor. What you are describing is an anal fissure, and if it did not already get better you will need medication.
This happened to me once; same thing happened. Id go to the doctor. It took like 2 days but the pain went away and I could poop again.
In between times going number two, rub petroleum jelly on your sphincter, this will seal your skin and help it heal faster. There are creams that contain an analgesic to relieve pain, but they cost more and the relief is brief in my experience. Pain pills (naproxen sodium, etc.) will help, but stay hydrated because water helps with pooping and pills are slightly dehydrating.
In short, you will heal. Try not to avoid pooping because the more your hold it in, the harder your poop gets and you’ll get other problems when you finally go including hemorrhoids, which are even worse because they’re very hard to get rid of.
Sitz bath warm water 15-20 minutes a couple of times a day. Ice pack. Witch hazel tucks. Aloe Vera or Vaseline (I don’t like to recommend it usually but it may offer relief and be in your house already) and pain reliever like ibuprofen. Don’t use toilet paper, use wipes. Sorry, hon. This… because I’ve been there way more than once. If the pain is too much or you’re bleeding a lot, go to a doctor. Otherwise, give it a few days.
Get some stool softeners and some witch hazel pads until you decide if you are going to go to the doctor.
My sympathies. I’ve had this happen years ago and can’t have anal sex, even the idea seems painful lol. Go to the doctor to make sure nothing scars and it heals properly.
I’m sorry, girl. Been there as well. It sounds like a fissure, you might need surgery if it’s too big bc your body won’t be able to heal on itself. Go check it with a doctor.
People are saying to see a doctor, but for an acute first-time anal fissure they will instruct you to 1) take warm sitz baths (that’s with epsom salts, baking soda, and witch hazel, you can find recipes for ratios online), 2) apply a topical anesthetic (like lidocaine gel) and 3) take stool softeners to help bowel movements be less painful. You can also order topical nitroglycerin online which will help promote healing.
If you’re still struggling after 2 months, then go to the doctor.
