What is your take on how often a married couple in their 40’s with a 10 and 5 year old should be having sex? We used to be at about once a week, then it became once every 2-3 weeks and now we’re going on a month. My wife is going through perimenopause and is on some anti anxiety meds as well. Husbands, how do you cope with diminishing sex in a marriage as your wife starts going through biological changes? Would also love to hear a woman’s perspective on this.
