My husband has been friends with this married couple for 20+ years. A year into our marriage, we went and visited them and when he greeted the wife, they kissed each other on the lips. I didn’t say anything until after we left but he said he wouldn’t do that again. But he never gave me a reason as to how that started and why they do that. He swears they have never hooked up, but I don’t even understand how kissing on the lips starts, especially with your friend’s wife.
Fast-forward four years, they just hug each other hello and hug each other bye. But still this many years later it still bothers me because he has never given me a reason. Am I overreacting?
