For those over 40, looking back what age did you realize you were still young at but felt like you were old at the time?

looking back at some previous times during the life

at 21 felt old but at 39 looking back at 21 that is young

what age did u feel like u were still young even though u felt old at the time

i am thinking 35 and under is young for a male
