Sorry if this is a stupid question!
New lampshade doesn’t fit the new lampshade base. It’s too wide, and it looks like there isn’t anywhere for the lampshade to sit on… unsure if it’s supposed to sit on the little black grooves…? But then the brass part is on show…
It seems there might be a thread towards the top part, but unsure.
