My wife complains about her weight often. She sends me reels about “special” teas you can drink to lose weight. That of course doesn’t work.

I work out a lot and try to stay in shape. I have never told her she needs to lose weight. I love her body. That as is really thick and I love that. But of course I don’t want her to feel bad and there is also a worry about her health. Diabetes is in her family and she is struggling with her mental health. And we are not getting younger(gettin close to 40).

So when she complains I don’t know what to say. I always say how beautiful she is. But I don’t know if I should tell her to workout. I have tried. I count calories and she has tried but stops.

So I am not sure. Should I just listen or should I tell her again and again until she decides to workout?
