Where does “The South” end in Florida?

I've heard that northern FL where it meets AL and GA still has that southern culture. Which makes sense because culture doesn't just stop at a line.

Does that include Tallahassee and Jacksonville area? Are those cities already out of the South or does it go even further south?

Basically when does that southern culture end to the point you're no longer in it as you head further south into Florida?
