my tongue just refuses to touch the area right behind the front teeth/ alveolar ridge (which contains the socket for the teeth).
I'm trying to pronounce it as a "d" pardy.
Anyways is the problem my tongue or do americans just touch the tongue on the hard palette (the protruded part right before the ridge)
Please tell me
