Hi everyone! This will be a mix between a question and a rant lmao

I, F19, went to a Halloween Party on Friday. It was this big party in an abandoned indoor swimming pool. Anyway as my friends and I were dancing, I noticed a guy looking at me/my direction. I could see it quite often from my peripheral vision, but I just wasn’t sure since it could be accidental. He was then gone.

Like an hour later, him and his friends literally spawned next to me and my friends like I didn’t even see them coming but they were right next to us. This time he was actually facing the stage, but turned around a LOT just to look at me for like 1 second. And that went on for maybe 20 minutes. I always looked at him too, but none of us smiled (I'm awkward, he might be too?) At one point it looked like he wanted to come up to me, he turned his body in my direction but then he went around me and they left. WHY? I was seriously bummed after that, I don’t know if I should’ve done something/gave him a clear sign or maybe it didn’t even mean anything.

The encounters don’t end here tho… Turns out that he was headed in the same direction with the train. So I saw him at the train station and then he got into the same train. From the window he could see where I sat down with my friends. Then, one stop before my hometown, he walks down the compartment I was sitting in, turns around, looks me DEAD in the eye, leaves and doesn’t come back.

I have pretty much nothing going on romantically but what was that??? And I thought he was cute, so really I don’t know what to make of this whole situation. Like did he think I was attractive? Is he just shy? And worst thing is that I can’t even find him on social media. I just know how he roughly looks like and MAYBE the area where he lives, but other than that — nothing.

Edit: This is seriously frustrating because guys do look at me, two have come up to me before but mostly I just get nothing or I guess situations like these? I need guys to explain that to me because obviously I don’t get it lmao
