This is a debate between my male friend (37) and I (F37). My FWB (M27) pursued me for 6 months after our first date/hook up. Friend thinks that’s crazy but I don’t at all.
In this case after the first date while planning the second someone close to me passed suddenly of cancer. I never told him I wasn’t interested just not ready again in my grief. Well now we’re happily FWB but he did keep reaching out every couple weeks to check in over about 6 months.
My male friend says 2 months tops of pursuing.
So men what would be your time pursing a woman for FWB? Days/Weeks/months? Does your age have anything to do with it?
