Whenever I see a girl i feel they are out of my league or standards I don't know why I feel that way also if any girls approaches me i don't open up easily like I do for boys I take much mooooorrrrrreeeee time to open up to girls and do jokes and all I don't talk to girls usually and even in work environment I don't know how to be more casual I make it very simple if there is work they contact me and else no communication. Even in that short period of discussion regarding work I don't open up at all.
How do I over come this ?
If anyone could help, please.
I really need your advice and opinions on this because I want to improve this and get my life together it's really bothering me alot nowadays.
