There's a lot of health influencers I come across mainly from America: Paul Saladino and Santa Cruz Medicinals. I've been following them since 2020 and they have influenced my eating habits a lot. Basically they tell you to cut out ultra processed food and focus on mainly grass-fed meat and fruit.

In Europe we don't have all of these health foods which makes me kind of jealous. Our selection is much smaller and bland. America can have the most processed foods in the world while also the most cleanest and we are just potatoes and sweets😅
