Yes, VC is evil and needs to die in a fire. There are plenty of other posts where you can vent like that: please do that there. Also I know that VC is good for VC firms: again, not the subject of this post.
I was trying to think of a UK based business that 1) has had a life before VC, and 2) became better in some way for its customers and/or employees after acquisition. I'm struggling to think of one: any suggestions?
